By redirecting your customer's returns to the RetourHub warehouse, we take care of the return-fulfillment. Afterwards, your products can be returned in bulk, scrapped or prepared for re-sale & re-delivery.
Our services are a perfect solution for (online) retailers, e-commerce webshops and marketplaces. We cater to all volumes.

Our clients put the RetourHub warehouse as return address on the return label. RetourHub's warehouse is located in The Netherlands.
At RetourHub, we accept your return-parcels at our warehouse, located in The Netherlands. Upon arrival, the return parcels will be processed within 24 hours.
We offer the possibility to process the returns directly in the Client's OMS.
Depending on the needs of our customers, we offer alternative services like creating pictures and grading.
Once the returns are processed, the product(s) will be carefully stored in our warehouse. Once sufficient products are consolidated, the products can be shipped back in bulk to the DC of origin.
Upon our clients requests, RetourHub offers the possibility to re-pack returned products and make them available for new sales which can be sent from the RetourHub warehouse.
Upon request and written approval, RetourHub is able to arrange the secure and compliant product disposal of the customer's goods.
